Allison Pace was born and raised in Fernie, British Columbia. She started taking music lessons at the age of 4 and studied piano with The Royal Conservatory of Music for another 12 years. She graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a combined Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Music degree.
Allison now lives in her hometown of Fernie, B.C teaching Music to children from grades 4-11. She also teaches piano, guitar, ukulele and voice privately. She and her colleague Katie Lane opened the Mountain Opus School of Music in the Fall of 2015.
As a music educator, Allison encourages parents and children alike to explore, create, and love music freely, openly and passionately. Her students will be given the tools they need to experience and appreciate music through a variety of mediums.
